I recently needed to get my annual eye exam and was looking for an option within my budget when I found Stanton Optical. From the moment I called, I was warmly greeted, and the staff took the time to answer all my questions. I was pleasantly surprised they offered same-day appointments. They had a great promotion where the eye exam is free if you purchase two frames in the $70 range, and their add-ons were reasonably priced as well. The appointment itself was quick and smooth, and the staff made the whole experience very comfortable with their friendly and welcoming attitude. Even better, my glasses were ready in less than a week. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would definitely return in the future!

Why would I get a text message saying my contacts are ready for pickup….when they’re not. They cant even give me any trial lenses bc they just dont have any. On top of that when I had first ever gone to that place it took them 2 weeks to give me my contacts when I was informed It would only be one. I should’ve learned my lesson the first time it’s honestly my fault for even going back.

I was told that I'd be charged $29 for a retina fee so I paid for it. One of the associates did tell me, but made it seem like it was something I had to pay for. Never did she say that it was an optional service or what a retina fee was for. I went home and called customer service and the gentleman told me that it was supposed to be optional add-on service and that I'm not obliged to get it. It would be helpful if the ladies would communicate better and not tack on services that customers might not need.

i have been a loyal customer to Stanton optical for at least 3 years, but for the last 3 months there is a smell when you 1 st walk into the door that smells like raw sewage, the staff has told me they have contacted the maintenance for this building. The smell is so strong you get nauseous just coming thru the door. I really hate to look for another optical place when the staff here is so nice and professional and I know this is not in their control, they are just employees , I have reached out to the better business bureau, this is a liability for the staff they don’t know what it is, and hopefully they don’t get sick from this, you can only put so lysol and arm and hammer down.

Omggggg where do I start...I had an awesome experience. I tell you Shae is the BEST hands down. I was indecisive between Eyelab and America’s Best...Eyelabs location off Wallisville was perfect and the customer service here was impeccable!!! I called and got an immediate appointment. I was in and out the lab in less than 45 minutes. I was able to purchase 2 beautiful frames for 60 bucks!!! I was crying because I really needed inexpensive eyewear. Last week I was in a horrible wreck which I lost everything but the ladies here really were sensitive to my concerns and made my day. I recommend you try them...YOU WONT HAVE ANY REGRETS :-) P.S. I forgot to mention the $60 included a free exam 😍❤️💕🤓💜💙
