Stanton Optical

We recently went to family eye care in weatherford , they did my son's exam but it wasn't very thorough and kinda high in price. We paid over 350$ with insurance, seemed like a little much to me. So we did some research on some other places when we found stanton optical, it had great reviews and to us , reviews are everything these days. The drive was easy, about 8 minutes, found the place easy, walked in and was greeted by a very nice and professional young lady by the name of carol. She was so nice to deal with , she was extremely knowledgeable and extremely thorough. She walked with me through everything and made me feel very relaxed. Come to find out She is the general manager! Take notes from her if you work in the retail customer service industry because she nailed it. She went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, relaxed and made sure you understood exactly what you were getting and why. For what I needed, my total was 250$ but for what all she did during my exam and how thorough she was, I feel like it was money well spent. The establishment was very clean as well, oh and anytime i used a machine, before i did carol would wipe it down for me, which i thought was 5 stars. Thank you so much carol for the excellent customer service, that is something that is missing these days so fantastic job and thank you for prescribing me something that is actually going to fix my eyes finally, you are awesome! My family and I have found a new optical place thanks again carol.

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical! The entire process was seamless from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The eye exam was very thorough, and they took the time to explain everything and answer my questions. I was also impressed by how quickly they got my glasses ready without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. The whole experience was efficient, easy, and stress-free. Go see Venna!!! Who am I kidding, Angeline is fantastic too!! I will definitely be a repeat customer for multiple reasons but having people there to explain things to me like a child is fabulous, the prices are great and I was able to pickup my new glasses with a brand new prescription in an HOUR! What?!?! You don’t get service like that anymore! We love Stanton Optical and we will definitely be returning for our whole family!

I walked in on a Saturday and the place was packed, but everyone was being helped (pretty quickly). I was able to get an eye exam and ordered new glasses without an appointment and on a Saturday! They offer a great service for busy people, like me. They called me when my glasses were ready for pick up and CAROL was absolutely amazing! She runs a great store and handles multiple tasks with ease and is so kind!! If y'all need glasses you should check them out!!

I would not walk in that door of that business for any amount of money no doctor lie about everything and don't give your money back for change in glasses their fault weare almost three months to get them then they were wrong and took another 2 months or so terrible place. Carol's the one that took care of me at Weatherford she's real nice until it came to the refunds especially after she said get progressive and I told her I didn't know if I could wear them but she said I should be able to then had to go to bifocals because I couldn't stand the glasses on my face the progressive ones that is then she told me there was no difference no refund from the expensive ones to the cheaper ones argue with them two or three times on the phone call customer service there were no help at all told me to call the store and Carol already told me no she can't do nothing
