My first experience at Stanton Optical was outstanding from start to finish. From the warm welcome when I walked in to getting my eye exam, choosing the right frames, and having the entire process explained clearly, the team made everything easy and stress-free. A special thank you to Shanta for her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help me try on multiple pairs of frames until we found the perfect fit. She took the time to explain every step and made sure I understood my options without ever making me feel rushed. The entire team was knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about providing great customer service. If you've been putting off getting your eyes examined or need a new pair of glasses, I highly recommend Stanton Optical. You'll be in great hands!

Getting my glasses was smooth. Then the perks and more detailed questions. This helped Owen to make suggestions of frame durability and poly carbonate lenses for my outdoor hobbies. Whitney was fantastic in finding the perfect package deal. Then I needed a repair to the frames. I walked in, she greeted me, and I told her/showed her the problem. She assisted me immediately.\nAnd invited me to have a seat while she made my repair. It was less than 15 minutes of a experience.

I love this place!! I originally came in on Monday, but I ended up having to leave early due to my babies screaming their heads off (I wasn’t asked to leave, I chose to!). Shanta was helping me, and I really appreciated her! She was extremely patient, helpful, and understanding. She had even offered to push the stroller around the store. I ended up making an appointment this morning that I was unfortunately unable to make, however I was able to walk in 2 hours later. It was a positive, nice environment and all the workers were amazing! Shanta had done my pre-eye exam today and she was really friendly. Teresa also!! She’s new, I liked her commitment and eagerness to learn. Very friendly! Whitney was amazing as well! I loved how she was very helpful and patient with me. I originally came in for only a contacts and glasses prescription, but with her help I got not only one, but two pairs of glasses! Even though I was extremely indecisive, she was very patient and even picked out glasses for me to try on. Overall, my visit was a 10/10 and I am extremely satisfied with my purchases. If you need glasses, contacts or both, this is the place to go!!

I recently came in with my daughter about a month ago .My daughter who was crying and very upset and the ladies understood explaining they are mothers themselves even made my daughter feel welcomed . I was a little scared being this was my first time doing a virtual exam , Jada I hope I’m saying her name right , made me feel so much better while explaining everything to me . Shante was the one who took care of me at check out we chatted and chatted away , what a wonderful young lady she was.While I was scared to jump in and buy after the amazing service ,I brought two pair and coming back so the ladies can help me pick out a pair of sunglasses! I wish I could’ve tip those ladies and it was only those two and still allowed me to do a walk in at the last minute might I say , thank you for making me feel right at home. I was so satisfied with my service I will be bringing my mom to Shante soon.

I had such a good experience at Stanton Optical. They answered all of my questions and made sure I understood everything for my initial contact exam. Whitney and Jada were especially helpful. I was nervous about trying contacts for the first time, but they were so patient and encouraging. They talked me through it, made jokes to help me relax, and gave me tips on how to put them in. Because of their advice I was in and out pretty quick. I loved the little gift bag they gave me which had contact solution, a case, and a helpful guide explaining how long to wear my contacts during the first few day. I would definitely recommend Stanton Optical to anyone thinking about getting contacts, especially if it's your first time. They also have some really good deals on exams, and promos!
