Both times I came in here last year and this year have been nothing short of awesome. The employee, Crystal was very kind, caring, and helpful, making my experience way better than it needed to be. Very happy with the support here and will be back again! Thank you!

I have visited Stanton Optical two times with urgent issues with my glasses. Crystal was helpful both times in finding me quick replacements, excellent advice, and helped me find affordable options on some great looking glasses. Crystal and Stanton Optical have earned my businewss, so much better than the other options.

I have 20/20 vision with prescription distance glasses for driving at night. I went to Stanton for their eye exam and two for $79 deal. I was given preliminary tests and then taken to room where I was expecting an eye exam. After they had much difficulty adjusting the equipment, I saw that it was a VIRTUAL eye exam! A person appeared on a screen overhead and took me through a virtual eye exam. It was annoying and inaccurate. I was then asked to pick out frames. I met with a very lovely person who looked at my prescription and I was told to come back in an hour. My first concern was that the script contained a +250 for reading glasses! I don’t need reading glasses I can thread needles and can read the smallest print on any bottle. I should’ve known because when I came back to pick up the glasses they were weaker than my distance prescription from three years ago. I returned the next day and was told that to change the prescription, I would need to go through that ridiculous virtual eye exam again. No thanks!! I returned the glasses for a full refund. Do not waste your time! This is a perfect example of getting what you pay for. The whole thing took two hours.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I walked in for a simple eye exam and a pair of glasses, and it turned into a multi-week ordeal of incompetence and rude service. The Issues: • The Wait: Even with a confirmed appointment, I sat in the lobby for 45 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. The staff seemed more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. • The "Exam": The "doctor" was actually a remote video screen. Nobody told me this beforehand. It felt incredibly rushed, and when I asked questions about my prescription, the technician acted like I was inconveniencing them. • Zero Communication: I was told my glasses would be ready in "3 to 5 business days." Two weeks later, I hadn't heard a word. When I called to check, I was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be told they "lost the order" in the system. • Customer Service: No apology, no effort to make it right, just a shrug and a "we’re busy." Bottom Line: The prices might look decent on the sign outside, but the headache isn't worth the discount. Do yourself a favor and go to a local optometrist who actually cares about their patients. Avoid this location at all costs.

What a great place! I thought the service was outstanding. Jason greets you, gets you set up. Doctor Vogle was an amazing gentleman. Extremely detailed, informative and thoughtful. Kyle gets you going; glasses, measurements, billing, questions. Very easy to get along with and fast. The facility was well kept, clean. I'll tell you the selection, quality and prices were flat out WOW! No overpriced kill you in the wallet deals at Stanton. I'm very happy.
