Chris was absolutely ! I had a fantastic experience at Stanton Optical, largely thanks to Christopher! He was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly during my visit. It’s rare to find someone who balances professional expertise with such a warm and friendly demeanor. He made me feel genuinely valued, and he truly went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. I had such a great experience at Stanton Optical on Potranco! Chris and Hailey were extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. They helped me find frames that fit my style perfectly and gave great recommendations. Their customer service was amazing and they made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. We came in today for me to get new glasses and Christopher, the store manager, was such a big help for us today! His customer service was absolutely wonderful and he's very pleasant to speak with. H e made sure I was following along and understood everything! Definitely 5 stars.

I had a great experience at Stanton Optical. Chris and Sergio were both incredibly helpful from start to finish. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire eye exam process easy and stress-free. They took the time to answer my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout my visit. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate their professionalism and would definitely recommend Stanton Optical—especially if you have the chance to work with Chris and Sergio!

For starters, a form was filled out online with lengthy, detailed information about the reason for the visit. Once there, they asked the same exact questions that were on the form, so wasted my time as well as theirs. Also, they gave me the price that it would be beforehand, as well as confirmed that they would take my insurance. Once completing the appointment, they declined my insurance, claiming they did not take it. (There will be action taken on this) Now for the appointment. I kept being called “love” and that was a very, very uncomfortable situation to be put in. Not only that, but most of it was done on a computer, and the individual conducting the appointment wasn’t communicating well and only told me three things I need to go buy to “fix” the issues I’ve been dealing with. Didn’t tell me why, or what it would do for me, just that I need to go buy them. Once at the front to conclude the appointment, they screwed me over with the insurance. Not only that, but after multiple times of communicating with them I just wanted two things, they pushed and pushed to sell me a pair of glasses, trying to scare me into buying some. Overall a HEAVILY disappointing, uncomfortable, and horrible customer service experience. Don’t recommend, won’t be coming back
