Service needs to be recognized and I had a great interaction with Luis. Not only did Luis make my buying experience more pleasant, he made me feel valued as a customer. He took the time to listen to my needs and offered me what was best for me. I came thinking it was going to be difficult since I’m a picky person but it was completely the opposite. Ms. Angie and Ms. Nancy were great! They are so sweet and communicative! My first time getting glasses and they helped ease my process. Even helped me find frames that suit my face. If you need glasses give them a stop by! 🥰
This was the only place that carried my friend’s prescription. We were visiting for spring break and she lost her contacts and we desperately needed her contacts. No place around could provide her anything. We called this place and they thankfully had her prescription. They were so nice and helpful. The lady named Nancy was so helpful with us and provided the best customer service!
