I’m very happy with how my recent visit to Stanton Optical went. I ran into a bit of a snag with my glasses, but the team really went the extra mile to make sure everything was corrected. They were thorough, kind, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be back!

Veronica does not make enough money I already know as she is absolutely the best tech my husband and I have ever had to deal with. We even left talking in the truck how awesome she was. The lady that did the pre-exam with the machines (1st step) was so patient with me as I get extreme anxiety when doing those and she was so nice and patient. The nurse that did my actual exam was also very patient and super nice. Thank you to all
Lost us. We will not be coming back. My family and I made an appointment like we do every year for the last 4 years. It was an hour after our appointment time. When one of finally got called. We also got charged for an extra scan because the first one did not come out right. When asked why I was getting charged she said they needed a better scan. I didn't mess the scan up. So I ask again why did I have to pay for another scan you messed up? When we went to leave someone came to explain that they were trying to upsell an additional scan. I heard them tell someone there was a glare and they needed to pay for another one.
Made an appointment for a eye exam to get contacts and glasses when they called my name they told me that since I've been blind in one eye since I was 9 they would do the eye exam but I would have to go to a specialist and they were still going to charge me $180 bucks to do nothing in 20 something years this is the first time it's been an issue it feels like they just didn't want to have to deal with it and wanted to encourage me to leave 10 out of 10 would not recommend they are extremely overpriced when places like Eyemart Express are much cheaper and easier to deal with and don't give you grief over a disability
I came in, looking for something better and Victoria helped me. She is amazing , with lots of experience and knows what’s best. She helped with all my questions and showed me what size of glasses I needed. She also advised me that you can’t just get glasses because they look good; they also need to fit your face.
