I wanted to try this place out but when I arrived I didn’t feel welcomed. The person didn’t talk much and didn’t explain nothing to me at all. All she gave me was the price which was too expensive and said your daughter lens would be thick which was not true. I never on my life had someone just give me a price without explaining the cost and what they charged. Because for 400.00 dollars that’s too much for two pair of glasses when I chose the 2 for 199.00 without full explanation besides saying your daughter lenses would be thick. This was never the cause at any other eye glasses .It’s okay I will stick to my local vision place for my daughter. Then when I asked for the copy of my daughter prescription back she hesitated and said this the copy I made I said that still has my daughter information on it I want it back and she handed it back. At the start of any sale everything should be fully explained to a customer especially a new customer at that.

Optometrist was rude-doesn't have people skills. She likes to move fast to finish; I mentioned that I didn't have the chance to read all letters - she said- 'read the first 2 letters, that will be ok. Then later I asked another question to better understand my prescription and with attitude she said "I don't have time to explain years of optometrist classes. I have been with you 15-18 minutes already". I was surprised with her anwers and tone - I will get a second opinion bc now after that experience, I don't trust her. I will not go back and don't recommend - there are so many other places nearby - no need to go there. If you wonder who this person is - no worries - she is the only optometrist there "in person" vs remotely.

Hi I did a review but the wrong location. The service was great the staff was friendly and helpful great selection of glasses. I will come here again for my next appt or even to get another pair of glasses or contacts! Thank you .

There was no doctor there when I went have to do video stream witch I nor the tech could understand due to equipment issues tech finished eye exam and I needed up returning the glasses they were so far off but still had to pay thier administration dues with I did and will never go back they need to be clear on if and when a doctor is in.

I would like to thank Kelly for her professionalism and kind assistance. She took the time to help me repair my glasses after one of the nose pads came off. Unfortunately, the screw didn’t fit since I had purchased the frames elsewhere. Nevertheless, I truly appreciate her effort and excellent customer service. I’ll definitely be getting my next pair of glasses from Stanton Optical.
