I booked an appointment for 79. When I arrived, there wasn't even an eye doctor in this place!! They took pictures with a machine and sent it through teledoc. The man working said everything starts at 118. Informed of website and outdoor advertising for the 79 and was told it doesn't work for this store. I don't know what I paid for today. I am so beyond upset. H1B fraud at its finest. They didn't even have 5 pairs of glasses to choose from for the "free" with purchase. Left with my prescription and went to eye mart.

This place is the absolute worst! Two times now I have been lead to believe incorrect information. First time was on their website claiming they had a free eye exam if you bought glass. Second time claiming they took my insurance. Both times I waited around for about 15-20 minutes for them to tell me they lied. Second time when running my new insurance they claimed it was through EyeMed. Nowhere on any of my stuff is EyeMed. I will absolutely never recommend this place. I work nights and both times lost sleep due to their incompetence

We stopped in here because Wal-Mart wouldn't see us until 2:30 pm. We're glad we did. It's a no-nonsense place with easy to understand options and a very friendly staff. The eye exam was free with the purchase of glasses, which were two for one at the time of this review. The doctor took us in almost immediately, right before his lunch break. They made us feel absolutely welcome. The glasses we purchased were great looking and still in style, and the frames were relatively inexpensive (19 dollars for both sets of frames). All we had to do was to select from our options for the lenses and we were done! It will take a couple of weeks for the new glasses to arrive but I am confident that they will be excellent in quality and appearance.

Husband went to get his eyes tested paid $118 lady said when he was done. "Okay so you coming back to get your glasses picked" he goes back after 3 days just to get told he now has to pay another $135 which you normally pay for progessive glasses and eye test. Same store same deal i did last week for $135 but they want to dubble charge him. Left without getting glasses. Shame on you !!!!!

Arrived at 9, both my sister and I to get glasses. Girl did not arrive for work until about 9:05. She did not speak, unlocked door and immediately walked into back room. Came back out when a man walked in and she helped him. Then told us to go back there, I had never been here before so I did not know where there was. Very disrespectful and asked about insurance. I then asked if the glasses would be ready and she stated maybe, depends on if you get bifocals or not. I was very disheartened and just told the young lady we would pass. She had another lady walk back there with us and I really am not comfortable answering personal questions in front of others. So that said, men get first service, ladies can wait and privacy does not matter to them. No friendly service, lack of care about privacy and what felt like discrimination to me because I was not male. I would like to think whoever is in charge will use this review for training.
