Jordan and Sophia both helped me get another pair of work glasses after they were damaged at work and fixed another pair in less than hour. I was so happy I ordered another pair and I’ll be back to get some for my son! Join the Frame Club, it’s worth it! Spent $350 for two pairs of glasses with progressive lenses!

They were so helpful and very friendly. Jason was kind and welcoming when we first came in. He helped with finding the best contact option for me and even helped us figure out the best course of action when it came to ordering my contacts. Would definitely recommend!

Waste of my time, and I would go as far to say useless. I made an appointment for my son, when scheduling I implemented that the appointment was for my 4 year old son and the caller on the phone said that is fine and that the appointment is scheduled for the following day. Furthermore, i was never notified of any details regarding the doctor or standard procedure that would have led me to believe that it would be virtual . I show up and say I have an appointment for my 4 year old son, and the front desk lady says that don’t take appointments for anyone less than 8 years of age. In addition she stated “we don’t have any doctors here, it is all virtual.” I believe that it was overall unethical and even the AOA has stated that virtual exams do not meet the standard care as an in person visit. Licensed or not, accredited or not, credentials or not, it was a waste of my time to drive to the office after they knew it was for a 4 year old , and then tell me they can’t take him in because they only take 8 years of age and above. The only good thing was that the caller on the phone and the front desk lady were nice and friendly.

Omg! This place is amazing! My son and I both needed glasses so I went in thinking my wallet was going to take a major hit. However that was not the case at all. Everything was reasonably priced. I spent way less than I thought I would spend. We left with 4 pairs of glasses for less than $170 dollars. If that’s not enough to make you go there, then I have to tell you about the staff. Those ladies were fantastic! They were all helpful, polite, professional and above all, patient. They truly went above and beyond when helping me. Having an 8 year old pick out glasses was almost impossible. My child couldn’t decide and took forever to pick a pair. The patience these ladies had was amazing. They were fantastic with son. In my opinion, they honestly did an excellent job. I will definitely go back to Stanton Optical for our next pair of glasses.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I do not recommend this place to anyone. I came here to avoid the long drive to my prior eye dr. The staff were nice and polite, but the service was a completely waste of time and money. I had an appointment for 12pm and I was there until 2pm. 1 hour and a half was just me waiting for them to call me up. The eye test was done virtually with a technician, the staff told me soon I will speak with the dr to discuss lenses options etc. At no point during my 2 hours there was I given the opportunity to speak with the dr. When I was finally given my prescription, it was totally off. I’ve have the same rx for over 10 years, (-4.25 for both eyes). The rx that I was given here was (-5.25 and -4.75). I told staff that the rx was very off and they said they would have to make note to tell the dr and would have to be another appointment. Complete waste of time on a rx I will never use, and I have not even heard back from anyone as of today. They also did not give me an option to have a say on which contact lenses to get. I went to my prior eye dr. 2 days later, got an eye test done again, and continued with the rx of (-4.25). Do not recommend this place to anyone.
