Staff is subpar. My understanding is that they do not have a Dr in the office but do exams with an assigned Dr virtually. And while the high tech is pretty cool it doesn't beat having a Dr there in person. Downside to this type of office is that everything is automated. I went in for the eye exam and was interested in the offer with the contacts. Unfortunately, they didn't have the kind I needed. So they had to be ordered. I went back 2 days later to just do frames. They said i couldn't do that since that day passed. I live 45 min away. They couldn't bother to mail them out to me instead. So by the time I made it back it was 4 months later. Yes, that's on me. So when I was uncomfortable with the contacts given I called to see what options were available to try a new kind. They said that the contacts assigned to the rx could not be changed and I would need a new exam. Is my rx still valid? Yes. But not for them to let me try a new pair. I wasn't given any more options like purchasing a different pair out of pocket. But at this point ill do that myself. Point of all this? If you know what you need this place is just fine. If you're in trial and error, stay on top of it or don't bother.

Staff was so welcoming to me. Very helpful with finding frames I liked. Helped me stay in my price range. Leti was the employee who administered my tests. She explained everything to me. Great experience!
Horrible customer service on 3/30/26 at 5:00. Two young ladies were working, greeted me and answered a question I had and then never said another word to me. They were talking to each other while I shopped for frames and did not offer any help or even get up from their seats. These ladies need some training in good customer service. I had a good experience previously at this store, other than glasses being much higher priced than advertised, but will not return.
They can get you in fast, but there are reasons. Only made the appointment because glasses broke beyond repair and needed an eye exam to get a new pair, so I was happy they could get me in so quickly. However, I was unaware that an optometrist would not be performing the eye exam until I arrived. When ordering glasses, they used the bait and switch tactic for their promotion- 218.00 instead of 80.00, though they could somehow do one pair with the plastic lenses, but not the "primary" pair... they also do not warranty their frames or lenses without extra cost. Upon pick up, the person supposed to be fitting them, seemed uninterested or lacked the knowledge to fit them properly. Would not recommend unless you have no other choice!
Absolutely amazing service each and every single time, I used to go to mreyedr but this place is cheaper and has the most amazing people. Shout out to Jocelyn, she was super helpful and supppperrrr knowledgeable about everything!!!!
