I’ve been coming to this location for the past five years, back when it was Eye Lab, but unfortunately, the level of service is no longer the same. It seems like they either overbook appointments or simply don’t have enough staff to accommodate the number of customers. The wait times are extremely long, and the staff often seem overwhelmed and unable to properly assist one customer at a time. I literally walked in to pick up my glasses and stood at the front for approximately 15 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. I eventually told a staff member that I was there to pick up my glasses, and he simply told me they would get to me when they could. While waiting, I noticed my glasses sitting in a plastic bag on one of the desks. I tried the frames on, confirmed they fit, and walked out. What was most disappointing was that no one even noticed that I had taken my glasses and left. After being a customer for five years, I find this level of service extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. The customer service and overall experience have declined significantly, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously.

Best place I've been to so far. I called around and all of the other places said it will take up to 2 weeks for my glasses (I have bad eyes and a difficult prescription). Here, I got 2 pairs in the same day for a player price. They have very high tech equipment and the whole experience felt futuristic in a way. 10/10
Excellent customer service! McKenzie set me up with an appointment and she made sure I got the correct contact prescription and fit. I will definitely continie coming back.
Not sure what happened.. I visited about two months ago for the 2 for $79 deal. They were very nice and expensive but I noticed they kept adding fees. Since I was in dyer need of glasses I paid and when I went to the eye exam part the girl literally puffed the air into my eyes about 6 times because she kept messing up the eye photo. Then we went into the “virtual exam?” Which really didn’t do much. When they finished the glasses they didn’t size them but whatever. They also prescribed me with stigmatism but ever since that appointment my eyes have been so bad and it started every since I got these glasses. When I dont wear my glasses that when all of these symptoms stop!
I had recently took my mom here for the eye check up and later I also went there for mine. Staffs are really sweet and helpful. The price $79 for paired glass and eye exam is fair.
