Excellent Experience from start to finish! I immediately felt welcomed by the whole staff. Hanin helped me through the whole Eye Exam which included an ultrasound as well as selecting frames that perfectly matched my face. I am definitely glad I came here and I can see why they have a lot of good reviews. Thanks Hanin and staff!
I got frames a few days ago and there wasn’t a physician on the day to help me to be able to get a prescription. I put my current lenses into a $200 frame. Today I went in because the right side of my frame was loose. One of the ladies super nice mentioned replacing the frames and that should fix the problem. All looked fine when I left the first time. I went back in because when I called the associate over the phone mentioned coming back in to talk to the lady that helped me. I wanted to know if she replaced the frames or just tighten my current ones. When I arrived the second time I was told the lady was on lunch and if wanted to return in an hour. I explained my concern because the right side was crooked but not loose anymore. Two difference associates didn’t see the crooked side of my frame and mentioned can’t keep replacing frames. As well as that probably happened because the frames that they picked out when I paid for the frames aren’t to fit my lenses. As well as there’s wear with all glasses. I have worn glasses for 30 years and never had to go back until I needed a new prescription. Am I crazy or is it not crooked?

He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I was comfortable, and helped me choose frames that fit both my needs and style. What stood out most was how mindful and understanding he was of my recent accident. He showed genuine care and patience, which made the experience much easier and more comfortable for me. I had a great experience at Stanton Optical in La Mesa, and I gotta give a big shoutout to Haykel for really taking care of me. From the moment I walked in, he was patient, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. You can tell he actually cares about helping people, not just rushing you through. That kind of service is hard to come by these days. I left feeling confident and appreciated, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of him. If you go in, ask for Haykel
Haykel and Noor were the best. I needed a comprehensive eye exam and new glasses, they made it so easy to do and I genuinely had an amazing time. There was another woman who helped me during my exam I fail to remember her name but she was super sweet too. Glasses were affordable, with the added benefit of a free exam with no appointment makes it even more worth it. Best decision going with Stanton and these employees deserve the world!
