I had a great experience with Maya. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She assisted me with putting in my contact lenses and also helped administer my eye test. She took the time to answer my questions, made me feel comfortable, and provided excellent customer service. I truly appreciated her patience and attention to detail. It’s clear that she cares about her patients and wants to make sure they have a positive experience. Thank you, Maya, for all your help! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service.

I came in a few days ago, to see if I could find the glasses I wanted. Jennifer approached me with a kind smile and a positive attitude. She answered all my questions and helped me get the right glasses! Im definitely going to come back!

1 star because the staff were nice and my prescription is great other than that I had a very negative experience . I went in there did the eye exam, picked out glasses and ordered contacts the whole time thinking they accepted my insurance because that’s what I was told over the phone from their call center . I didn’t have my ID so they weren’t able to run in the insurance at first and they gave me an alternative to get a free exam if I bought two glasses totaling $79 so I agreed to this . After doing the eye exam they asked me if I had insurance I said yes and they asked me to just email them the picture of my ID that I had in my phone so I did this thinking my insurance will be covering the exam and I would be able to get both contacts and a pair of glasses . In the end they told me my total was going to be over $500 dollars. I was extremely confused as they told me my insurance was covering $400 at first before telling me the total . In the end I asked them if they could give me a print out of what my insurance actually covers because it didn’t sound right and that’s when they told me “we don’t take your insurance” . Wouldn’t you think to tell me this prior to ordering everything ? Wouldn’t you think to tell me the original price of the eye exam if you knew I was going to be getting contacts as well ? Please triple check they accept your insurance before going here because from my experience they just want your money . I was able to cancel the order from my contacts, didn’t get any glasses but still had to pay full price for an eye exam of $119.

I was under the impression my glasses were 2 pair for $79 dollars. Although my eye exam on 6-29-26 was free I didn’t get my glasses the same day in fact I’m still waiting on them, receipts shows delivery in 2 weeks… The ads on TV and written flyers state 2 pair for $79 and wait time about 30 mins for glasses. My total got for my 2 pair was $428…….although the staff was nice once I get my glasses I will not go back. Very disappointed……

UPDATE : Thank you to the sales manager at this location for reaching out to me and fixing the problem! Very happy with how fast she resolved my issue!! (: ..... "2 stars because I recently went in to get some new frames ordered ... I ordered the same pair of frames (I thought) but the lady failed to tell me she ordered a different color which is NOT what I wanted ... I wanted to replace the frames I had for the same frames ... when she gave me my glasses eith the wrong frame today I asked if I could have the same ones I brought in , gold , not dark brown ... and she looked at me , said no , and then pretty much dismissed me and asked the other lady in there how she could help her ... I didnt pay for glasses I didnt want . And she was very rude .. not happy at all ."
