Went here because my glasses went in the river. Good times. I needed same-day glasses and They were able to help me immediately and used an existing prescription to get me glasses that day with the lenses they had in stock. Faviola was especially helpful and handled everything, I got glasses in about 20 minutes for a reasonable price. Great experience!
I had an absolutely amazing experience with Walter at Stanton Optical! From start to finish, Walter showed incredible patience, professionalism, and genuine care. He took the time to answer all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Excellent customer service is hard to find these days, but Walter truly went above and beyond. Omg James is amazing my son broke his glasses I was really going to drop them off. But James said wait a minute.Let me see if we have the in stock? He found them put the lens it within min and we were out with 10 min. The guy is amazing please keep him there. Great customer service Everytime 👌✅.
Great experience from start to finish. There was no wait and the virtual hybrid exam was a nice touch. Ibrahim was very nice, did a great job explaining the different options I had but there was no pressure to purchase. I was even assisted by another colleague to select my frames. He was just as nice! I will definitely be returning in the future for my glasses and contact needs!
Should truly be 10 stars! Mr. James was so personable, helpful, and kind. He payed close attention to which styles I liked and did his best to make sure the price was reasonable even after applying my insurance! Thank you sir!!
