My son lost his glasses and our online vendor had increased a lot in price and shipping time (3 weeks unless I paid a $40 rush fee). So I Googled and we ended up at Stanton. The opticians were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get two pairs at exactly the price listed on the website, and they were ready in under an hour. Overall a good experience and the frames look great!

Let's start off with the girls here SO nice! Kaylee, Michelle and Stephanie are so welcoming. This is my first time getting glasses and an exam and I can say I'm pretty satisfied. I did a BOGO and got two pairs compare to the one pair on my vision inc. That also gave me a free exam I got a pair of clear and sunnies. My everyday was made in about a hour and my sunglasses was a bit of a wait. I can see so much better and I can't wait to come back. Also they are good for two years and not one year like most places, so I'm set up until 2028.

I was disappointed with my experience at Stanley Stanton Eye Care regarding a promotional offer. I was told that if I purchased one pair of glasses, I would receive a second pair free as part of a BOGO promotion. When selecting my glasses, I specifically asked the optician if I could use my existing frame for the second pair and simply have new lenses installed. I was told that this would not be a problem. Based on that information, I proceeded with the purchase. However, after receiving my new glasses and returning with my old frame for the second set of lenses, I was informed that what I had paid for only covered one pair of frames and that I was not eligible for the second pair as I had originally been led to believe. This directly contradicted what I was told during the sales process. Had the terms of the promotion been explained clearly from the beginning, I could have made a more informed decision. Instead, I feel the advertised BOGO special was not honored as it was presented to me. I hope management reviews how these promotions are communicated so future customers don’t experience the same confusion and frustration.

Had a great experience at Staton Optic! They got my prescription glasses ready the same day. Nicole and Michell were incredibly helpful and kind throughout the process. Fast, friendly, and professional service—definitely recommend to anyone in need of quality eyewear!

They steal from me. I have brought a pair of glasses total to 550 with all the add in. OK the same day I got a better deal at Costco so I called and canceled the order. The person who helped me said she cant cancel the order the same day because it was their policy. However, she can cancel it next day. I said okay and thanks her for her help thinking everything is done. I saw the charge on my card but was waiting for the charge to be refund. A month gone by nothing. I then called back and ask about it. They told me that there was never a cancelations order and the glasses were made already. I told them its was my fault and I done everything on my end to cancel the order. It was you guy that messed up and not me. They still refused to refund me. So bs.
