I’ve been meaning to write a review ever since we started coming in 2020—because they absolutely deserve it. I have been coming to The Frame Joint with my daughter, Adeline, since she was three, and now more recently, my son just got his first pair of glasses here. We’ve now purchased four pairs of glasses from them, and every experience has been outstanding. We drive out all the way from Star, and it’s 100% worth it every time.
They are incredibly knowledgeable and, in my experience, the only glasses shop in the Treasure Valley that truly knows how to properly fit young kids. When glasses sit right and don’t constantly slide down, my kids actually wear them—and that’s super important with their eye conditions.
The customer service is just as impressive. The owner always remembers us when we come in, which makes it feel personal and welcoming. They’ve made it super easy to order replacement parts whenever my kids (inevitably) break something, even letting me order over the phone.
Their communication is excellent—clear, quick, and helpful every time.
If you have young kids, this is the place to go. The Frame Joint gets it right on every level, and we couldn’t be happier with the care and service we’ve received.
