Tree City Eyecare

This was my 3rd eye doctor in as many months. Kept being referred because of specific issues. I’d pretty much given up seeing decently out of my right eye ever again. RK surgery from 40 years ago had left me with some scar tissue and severe dry eyes was leaving me in pain everyday. Exacerbated by Sjōgrens I was close to giving up. Today I had an appointment with Dr. Dixon (I was told he was the best when it came to dry eyes and scar tissue). I’m absolutely filled with hope and understand, thanks to Dr. Dixon, there are multiple options at this point. The first being a large non permeable contact lens. He tried one on me and the comfort to my hurting dry eyes was soothed AND I COULD SEE! This wasn’t even my prescription or my specially made lens just for me!! Yes I’m ecstatic to find out how this goes!! Thank you so very much to all the staff and technicians that were so friendly and welcoming today.

I had a really great experience here! Everyone was very nice and welcoming, and Dr. Katelyn Doyle, O.D. was especially warm, personable, and kind. I really appreciated how thoroughly she listened to my concerns and how comprehensive the examination felt. She encouraged me to ask questions, answered every one thoughtfully, and made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment. She explained everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. I also really appreciated being guided to the front afterward to go over payment — it made the whole experience feel smooth, comfortable, and very caring. I’ll definitely be returning here!

Dr Dixon is so thorough, kind and never acts like he's in a hurry. He always makes sure I understand what's going on during my appt and if I have any questions. Kelly was so encouraging, patient and kind helping me try contacts for the first time. Everyone that works there is so kind, welcoming and accommodating! Thank you!

I originally chose tree city because of its high rating on Google and over the past several years I have enjoyed my experience there. The staff and the doctor are wonderful there. Very thorough work from discussing images to choosing frames. I love being a patient here!

Tree City EyeCare is the best optometry office I have ever been to. Their knowledge and skills, professionalism, thorough eye exams are the most extensive I have had anywhere. Dr. Dixon takes extra time with at your appointments, educates you and has an easy going personality. Also I find his staff very, very helpful.
