DO NOT TRUST THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!! I don’t understand why there are soooo many negative reviews! This store is amazing! You walk in and smell how clean everything is, the first thing I was asked is if I was there for an eye exam and when I said yes they asked if I was a walk in or if I had pre scheduled a slot. That was amazing!! They made me feel like they were so grateful I was there. The exam was labeled as “telehealth” but Stephanie was with me and my child the whole time, she asked us what lenses were best and even slowed down and repeated the ones I asked her to and everything along the way, and made me feel so comfortable with the whole process. There was another man working in the store at the same time and he was helping another couple and they were practically hugging him at the end. I will be recommending this place to EVERYONE!

My experience with Stanton Optical has been incredibly frustrating. I ordered and paid for two pairs of prescription glasses, but only one pair was delivered initially. After contacting them, I was told I’d have to wait another 1–2 weeks for the second pair that I had already paid for. The first pair that arrived was so warped and crooked that I could barely see through them. The frame was completely out of alignment, making the prescription essentially unusable until it could be adjusted. Then came the packaging. With the first shipment, they included two loose lenses tossed into a plastic bag with no explanation. When the second pair was finally delivered, they once again included another loose lens, this time just rattling around in the box by itself. Why are random lenses being shipped with my glasses? If there’s a legitimate reason, no one bothered to explain it. The second pair fit much better than the first, but that doesn’t erase the fact that my order arrived incomplete, one pair was unusable out of the box, and the overall quality control and packaging were shockingly unprofessional. When you’re paying good money for prescription eyewear, you expect accuracy, attention to detail, and professionalism. Instead, I received an incomplete order, warped glasses, unexplained loose lenses, and unnecessary delays. I won’t be ordering from Stanton Optical again, and I would strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for their eyewear.

I went in to stanton two different times to buy better brand of contacts than the ones they sold me and both times they acted like they couldn't sell me contacts without doing a new eye exam. I was still within the 12 month time frame but the guy told me "i was closer to the end of my 12 month time frame than the beginning so i would need an eye exam before they'd sell me so contacts".I went to America's best with a copy of my prescription from Stanton and they happily sold me a box of contacts without trying to con me into getting an eye exam early. I will never go back. I was forced to wear my old prescription glasses because even though I was a paying customer with a current prescription they refused to sell me a more comfortable brand of contacts 2 different times because they were more concerned with making an extra buck conning me into an early eye exam.

Honestly the best eye store experience I have had. I don't remember the guy's name but he was super friendly and helpful and just a joy to be around. Helped me stay in my budget and was reassuring and kind during the eye exam. All in all I will definitely be back. Super great place!

Jeremiah was fantastic! In my 40+ years of wearing corrective Eyewear, this was by far the best experience I've ever had. Will be recommending them to everyone. I can't wait for my beautiful new glasses to come in!
