I came in just before closing, and the team still took the time to provide me with an eye exam and even had my glasses ready the very same day. The customer service was outstanding. I explained to the manager, Alex, that I have difficulty seeing at night and wasn’t comfortable driving without my glasses. She went above and beyond to make sure I left with at least one pair that same day. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to helping me truly made a difference. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent service. Thank you, Alex, for making the experience so easy and stress-free. I’ll definitely be recommending this place to all of my friends and family!

I took a chance and stopped at this location and was immediately greeted by a staff person who was assisting another customer. Within seconds I was called up by Maria who said she could make the needed repairs on the spot to my sunglasses. If it weren’t for Maria, I would have thrown away my favorite pair of Prada sunglasses. 10 stars Maria!
