I’ve been a patient and have been ordering my contacts here for years now and every single time I have concerns or need help Maddy doesn’t hesitate to come to the rescue. She is genuine and truly surpasses my expectations. She’s calm and collective even when i come to her stressed about my vision and is simply a breath of fresh air.

Maddy/Madeline helped me out. She was very quick and when I asked for a recommendation she somehow hit the perfect pair first shot. She also printed me out my insurance info again without asking which was super helpful, and I didn't know Walmart vision center did that til now. Thank you for the quality service, MUCH better than the last place I went...
Diana is amazing. Patient, competent, funny. She'll tell you the truth about which glasses look good on your face and she navigates through the insurance like a champ. I have also had experiences in the past where the glasses produced at the lab weren't exactly right and Diana had them made over until they were exactly right.
