As someone who was an optic technician for years this is not somewhere I would recommend anyone to go. It was my first time in their store and from the beginning to the end it was not a great experience. I called and scheduled a glasses and contact lens exam, when I went in I verified that I wanted a contact lens exam and glasses exam, when I went to the back I confirmed again that that is what I was getting. When I finished my exam and went to pick out glasses I decided I just wanted to buy contacts that day when I told the associate she said I would have to do an other exam. I told her that couldn’t be right because I verified it 3 times. She insinuated that I was lying to her then said she was going to confront the girl that did my exam. She was very rude during this time and was not nice to her co-worker which made me uncomfortable. She had me go back the next day to redo the entire exam rather then just do a contact exam. My prescription was completely different than the first day. They did not do a contact fitting with me they just handed me a trail pair of contacts. They did not have me try my glasses to make sure they were right they were just trying to get me out of the store. I had to go back again today because my glasses were giving me the fish bowl effect. I told the manager that my glasses were curving everything and it was making me nauseous. He told me that I had to wait a few days to get used to them as an adjustment period. I have always worn glasses and I very rarely wear my contacts. I have NEVER had an adjustment period with my glasses. He didn’t even check them to make sure they were right or bother to look at the Rx on them. So I’ll have to go back AGAIN when they are inevitably not correct. Again I did this for a living for years. This was unprofessional all the way around.

DO NOT TRUST THESE POEPLE!!!! My brother ordered glasses from this company and they gave it out to some random guy off the street without confirming identity or nothing. They tried calling the next day to reconcile the situation and laughed at my brother’s concerns. Eventually they giving us a full refund while ordering us a new pair. I would not recommend.

So after getting a total of 5 texts saying our appointment was at 1:30pm. We were told that they were a little bit behind🙄. After waiting until 3pm i asked,"how behind are you running?" I WAS NOT given an answer & I would say the person in the eye exam area got agitated and only would say,"when is your appointment?" I explained that I was only asking how much behind they were. Still, "WHEN IS YOUR APPOINTMENT?" As i was not the patient I again explained, I only want to know how much behind your running. Still the same response. I told her when wife's appointment was. By then another employee had intervened and told us, "You're next". OK ,, better i thought. After eye exam we were then told that they couldn't serve us because they don't have the correct equipment to be able to do correct exam.🙄🙄 Soooooo...... appointment at 1:30,,,, left at 3:45ish without any service being performed. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN and had already told our tale to 6 other businesses by the time we left farmington. If I could give a -3 stars I would. 2.5 hour drive back home empty handed.

This is a really great place to get affordable, glasses and an exam! I was alittle uncomfortable with the virtual doctor doing my eye exam, but it just took some getting used to. I paid $91 for my eye exam and TWO PAIRS of glasses! It was a great deal for someone who doesn’t have insurance at the moment! Michaela was very nice and helpful, all the staff were very welcoming! I recommend this place to anyone. My glasses feel and look great!!😊
