We had an emergency, my fiancée lost her glasses in the ocean and could not see without them. With an hour left and the day ending they had us in and out with glasses! We were so grateful! Thank you Carlos and doc for everything much appreciated! Carlos had great customer service skills!
They are absolutely a bunch of crooks. You get herded in like a bunch of cattle and dont even see an eye doctor in person. As for same day eye glasses...bull. Waited over 2 weeks and ended up with a canceled order. Edit: Since there was an actual reply I'll add more. The lady named Melissa was very rude when I called to check the status of my glasses. So rude that she hung up on me mid sentence after I told her to cancel my order and absolutely NO ONE answered the phone when I would try to make contact again to verify I would be getting a refund. This of course upset me. I emailed the company and got no response from them either. The false advertising for low prices and quick service is ridiculous. My advise....close your doors.
The staff here is really nice. The place is clean and quiet and the prices are fair. I didn’t like the virtual doctor experience though. The lack of patient interaction was off putting. I also felt like they were trying to force a prescription that wasn’t necessary for my son. He stated several times that there was no change in the lens options, but still received a prescription. We purchased the glasses but it’s like looking through a window. There’s no change from my naked eye versus looking through his glasses.
First off it was my first time there! Customer service was 100! Exam was easy and simple. They explained everything and the ophthalmologist answered all my questions! Everyone was so nice! Got both my pairs of glasses within the hour! I could see so much more clearly! Glasses are also great quality as well!
My whole experience here was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The tech that did my eye exam- Mikaela- was very friendly and explained the whole process thoroughly. The eye exam itself was virtual which was a different experience for me, but the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. Lucas helped me pick out my new glasses and he was very patient and helped me get the right ones that truly fit my face. I will definitely be back!
