We had an emergency, my fiancée lost her glasses in the ocean and could not see without them. With an hour left and the day ending they had us in and out with glasses! We were so grateful! Thank you Carlos and doc for everything much appreciated! Carlos had great customer service skills!
Probably the best experience I've had getting an eye exam and new glasses. It was quick, the staff was friendly and they had glasses that fit while actually looking good. They repaired one of my previous frames, at no charge! They were also able to make one of my glasses the same day and my other pair came in two days later. Also the general manager, Alyssa, was so helpful and a fellow nerd. I'm definitely coming back for my glasses needs. For how welcomed I felt there, Stanton Optical needs to keep Alyssa and give her a Nintendo Switch 2 for all of her hard work!
The staff here is really nice. The place is clean and quiet and the prices are fair. I didn’t like the virtual doctor experience though. The lack of patient interaction was off putting. I also felt like they were trying to force a prescription that wasn’t necessary for my son. He stated several times that there was no change in the lens options, but still received a prescription. We purchased the glasses but it’s like looking through a window. There’s no change from my naked eye versus looking through his glasses.
First off it was my first time there! Customer service was 100! Exam was easy and simple. They explained everything and the ophthalmologist answered all my questions! Everyone was so nice! Got both my pairs of glasses within the hour! I could see so much more clearly! Glasses are also great quality as well!
My whole experience here was nothing short of amazing! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. The tech that did my eye exam- Mikaela- was very friendly and explained the whole process thoroughly. The eye exam itself was virtual which was a different experience for me, but the doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. Lucas helped me pick out my new glasses and he was very patient and helped me get the right ones that truly fit my face. I will definitely be back!
