I came in originally bc of a promotion I saw online. The staff was friendly but trying to up-sale me on frames that weren’t part of the promotion from the start. There is no doctor on site so my exam was done via a very unprofessional looking zoom call. Since there is no doctor on site my eyes were not dilated and I was instead referred to another location where I would have to pay more to have my eyes dilated. Once it was time to pay I was told my total before the promotion was close to 700 but my total “after the promotion was added” would be close to 400. I was shocked & confused bc I was under the impression the promotional price was less than 100. It turns out I was being up-charged for multiple things I did not ask for and had to ask that all the extra things be removed. Either way my total was more than what was advertised. I was told my glasses would be ready within 10 days and would be notified. I was never notified so I called and was told my glasses had been picked up same day which was not the case. The rep said they would put in another order, that I would get an email and I would have to wait another 10+ days. If I wouldn’t have called I probably would have never gotten a call back. The whole experience seemed very unprofessional. I really wanted to have a positive experience and recommend this location but unfortunately I would not go again.

The ladies at the Savannah hwy location made the eye exam and glasses buying process easily the most enjoyable experience. I came in close to closing time and they took their time with me for my prescription and even took personal interest helping me find the right pair of glasses for me. They helped me go through multiple pairs of glasses over and over and never made me feel like I was taking too much of their time. They took their time going over pricing and what made sense for my prescription. It truly felt like I was hanging out with friends. I have a high prescription and my glasses were ready in about 10 days! When I picked them up the optician took his time making sure they really fit going back multiple times to get it just right. We had a good conversation that wasn’t bare minimum small talk and it was actually enjoyable. As a person who usually gets my glasses online this experience made me actually want to guy in store. 10000/10 would recommend!!

The ladies at the front desk are 5 stars. Super friendly and helpful. The actual eye doctor was via zoom, was extremely short, kind of rude. I personally would have went to a different optometrist if I would have known prior that there was no physical doctor onsite.

Latoya was excellent at helping me choose my frames. She took the time to read my energy and personality. I was able to pick out 2 frames by her recommendation! I lost my frames in the ocean while visiting here in Charleston and she made the process effortless! I’d travel from North Carolina just to buy frames from her! Keep her on your team!

The ladies were very nice, and very professional. I was a lil nervous, but they made me feel welcome, and comfortable my entire visit. Walked in with none but walked out with two new pairs of affordable glasses.
