My glasses broke this morning and I was able to get an appointment today with no issues. The woman who did my eye exam was amazing (I didn’t catch her name) but she was very thorough, professional and answered all questions I had. After completing my eye exam it was time to look for frames, and that’s when I met Doreen. She went above and beyond to ensure that I left with a pair of glasses today. She helped me for over an hour and she was absolutely determined to make sure I could see before I left. She was incredibly kind, patient and truly exceeded any expectations that I’ve had. She found out that my broken glasses were under a warranty and I had no idea. So not only did I get a replacement for the glasses I had so I could leave seeing today, but I also purchased 2 new pairs of glasses with my newest prescription that will be here in a week. Doreen and the woman that did my exam truly turned my awful day around. I’m so beyond thankful for Doreen’s unwavering desire to help me, as well as her professionalism. I truly can not say enough about these ladies and the services they provided for me. I absolutely will be returning again!
