I never leave reviews but I had a great experience here. Bruce and Jennifer were friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful with finding my picky kid glasses. To make it even better I was able to leave a little over an hour, with 2 pairs of glasses with lenses in. Honestly couldn't have asked for better service.

I took my dad there where we were greeted by a kind young fellow named Bruce. He explained the extended plan perfectly. Even my dad understood. And FYI they have a great selection of frames!

Love this location! The store manager Bruce was so helpful when I was picking out my new frames! He suggested a round frame over the square saying it would go better with my face shape and what do you know? He was SO RIGHT! Thanks again Bruce!!

The scheduling assistant was super rude. I made an appointment told them my insurance and I found out they were not in network. I called to cancel my appointment and the scheduling assistance was arguing with me as if he knew and could see my benefits with out even taking my member number.

Just moved to the area, Wendy accommodated me that same day she was really kind walked me through all of the store promotions and helped me chose frames that fit me best she made sure I was comfortable through the whole experience!
