This place is consistently excellent. Dr. Powell offers superlative, individual care and ensures patients get everything they need. She's even advised my family of insurance options we didn't know existed. Bryant goes above and beyond to ensure your new glasses fit well and feel comfortable, even if it means recutting them.
I've been going to bay street optical pavilion for 3 years I'm very satisfied with the service starting from the receptionist to Brian that shows you the different glasse options depending on what you're looking for. I have been going to this place for years. That’s also where I take my children. The place is clean and the service is good. An eye exam is fast. I have only positive feedback. The staff is warm and welcoming. The Doctor is very friendly. I would recommend this Doctor to any family.
Terrible place. Don’t waste your time. Got two month for one pair of eye glasses. And still didn’t give my prescription. One time saying emailing. And then pick up. Time wasters.
