I’ve been in many to plenty of eye care facilities. Stay Focused is the best I’ve ever used. Dr Rittenhouse is excellent. He explains your vision so you can understand, he is conservative and gentle manner. Love going here!
Stay Focused is GREAT. I started using them right after I moved here 5 years ago. The Dr is knowledgeable; takes his time; and is thorough. The staff are wonderful. You won't regret choosing this practice.
I had a very positive experience with the staff and doctor—they were friendly, professional, and thorough during my eye exam. There was also a large selection of eyewear, and the ophthalmologist was very knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. The only challenge for me was that the fragrance in the office was quite strong, which made it difficult for me to stay comfortably. I have sensitivities to scents due to asthma and a reactive airway, so this impacted my experience. A fragrance-free or low-scent environment would be especially helpful for patients with similar sensitivities. Overall, I value the quality of care I received and hope this feedback is helpful.
Dr. Rittenhouse does a thorough eye exam, answers all of my questions and is especially kind. I would gladly recommend him to anyone needing an eye exam! His staff is amazing! Everyone is helpful and very knowledgeable in eyecare and helping to choose just the right frames! Lindy is WONDERFUL!!!!!
Very professional and friendly staff. Dr. Rittenhouse always explains everything very well and takes great care during his exams. Appointments are always very efficiently ran and on time. Large selection of frames to choose from also.
