I genuinely enjoyed my experiences with the doctor at this location. The DOCTOR was always kind, attentive, and took the time to listen, which is why I was looking forward to my routine visit. Unfortunately, I arrived just two minutes past the office's grace period and was asked to reschedule. I completely understand that policies exist and respect the practice's right to enforce them. However, it left me feeling disappointed, especially since I had already taken the day off work and made other arrangements to be there. ( I was one of their first appointment in the morning, right when they opened) Life isn't always predictable, and unexpected delays can happen to anyone. In my experience, many businesses are willing to extend a little flexibility when circumstances arise, particularly when it's only a matter of a couple of minutes. Had I been 10 or 15 minutes late, I would have completely understood. But being turned away for just two minutes beyond the grace period made me realize that I value practices that are able to offer a bit more accommodation when reasonable. The quality of care from the doctor was excellent, but customer experience is important to me as well. Because of this, I've decided to take my business to a practice whose scheduling approach better aligns with what I'm looking for as a patient. I wish the team nothing but the best.

My experience on May 24,2026 was great. The front desk staff was amazing. The Dr( her first name was Anne) was very thorough and answered any questions that I had and was very thorough explaining things to me. This was a great experience in comparison to my last visit. Thanks
Very nice staff and doctor. They did try to change me $10 for a copay I didn't owe though. I was very impressed by the modern equipment. They did not have to dialate my eyes. That was refreshing. Overall, 4 stars because of the attempted $10 overcharge. Very convenient right at the mall entrance, very pleasant staff.
I've been coming here for years for my annual exams. The staff is always welcoming and friendly, while also not making idle small-talk (much appreciated, especially for early morning appointments) while I'm waiting. I've seen a few different optometrists here, and they've all been professional, showing me details about my eyes and fielding any questions I might have. The process to order contacts is straightforward and I've always been provided with all the information I need for rebates and ordering new prescriptions.
The doctor and the visit itself were great overall. However, we had two appointments scheduled. We arrived early and were told they were stepping out for lunch, which was fine, we waited about 40 minutes. When they returned, we were informed that one of the appointments was never “confirmed,” so it wasn’t on their books and we would have to come back the next day. When I mentioned that I also hadn’t “confirmed” my appointment but was still on the schedule, the receptionist repeatedly said she doesn’t make the system and there was nothing she could do. Of course we understand she doesn’t create the system, but as the person representing the office, we expected at least some effort to be flexible and try to accommodate us. That human element is important in situations like this. There was no one else in the waiting room at the time, so it was frustrating that no effort was made to try to accommodate in any way shape or form it was complete carelessness. What made it more frustrating is that if we had canceled last minute, we would have been charged a $50 fee. It is unfair that patients are held to a strict cancellation policy, but there was no flexibility when the issue was on their end. Overall, the doctor was great, but the front desk experience was disappointing.
