OMG! Soooo happy with everyone here!! From Mari Lu, Maria, Dr. Kawamura and Leslie ALL are so helpful and friendly!! We’ve been coming here for years because of the Customer Service!! I do wish the owner of business allow frames being ordered to try. But main thing here is the People!! We always feel welcomed and I thank them for finding frames for me.
I had a great experience at Stein Optometric. My eye exam was very thorough and the optometrist spent a fair amount of time explaining my issues. The staff was also very helpful when I needed new glasses. Highly recommend!
Maria was so patient with me when I was learning how to put on contacts. Even though it take a good while and remind patience and gave out clear examples and instructions on the best way to put on contacts. Big shout out to her. She made my experience with contacts pleasant.
The best experience seeing an eye doctor! Great staff, selection, exam, doctors, and they're open on weekends! I met with Dr. Tracy Kawamura, she was professional, friendly and explained each step thoroughly.
Marilu was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to explain my situation clearly so I fully understood about an issue I was having with my glasses. Her kindness and patience made my whole experience so pleasant. I truly appreciate her professionalism and care. I would highly recommend Stein Optical in Burbank!
