I’ve been coming here for 3 years now, and I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. McHugh. From the moment I walk in, the staff is friendly, welcoming, and efficient. The office is clean and well-organized, which makes me feel comfortable right away. The eye exams are always thorough and professional. Dr. McHugh takes the time to explain everything clearly and answers all my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciate how attentive and detail-oriented they are when it comes to my eye health and vision needs.

I recently purchased glasses here and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. They have a great variety of modern nice looking glasses for great prices. Overall I had an excellent experience with the receptionist and doctor. From the very first interaction, they were friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate their service and highly recommend this place!

We ordered my daughter's prescription eyeglass frame over a month ago and are still waiting to receive it. At the time of purchase, we were told it would take up to two weeks. After following up ourselves, we were informed that the frame is on backorder with no estimated delivery date. What was most disappointing was not just the delay, but the lack of communication. We had to chase for updates instead of being proactively informed. The only solution offered was a refund and the suggestion that we purchase the frame elsewhere, rather than making every reasonable effort to source the frame and honor our order. When people come here, they are seeking vision care—not simply purchasing a retail item. Delays can happen, but patients deserve honest information, proactive communication, and meaningful efforts to resolve the situation. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. I hope the practice reviews its inventory management, communication, and customer service processes so that other families do not experience the same frustration.

Very efficient and professional. My daughter has used their practice for contacts and eyeglasses and each time was treated with care and thoroughness. The insurance process was seamless and their selection of covered frames was very modern and up to date. I highly recommend this establishment.
