Horrible service! First comer did not know that the sign in desk was in the middle of the store I sat down and waited to be called. There’s 3 staff members in the actual store. None acknowledged me. None informed me to sign in. Just completely ignored!! After about 10 mins sitting waiting patiently I finally saw a clip board on a desk and asked if “this is where I sign in” and the guy looked at me and said “uh yea”. His tone knew I was pissed and I had told him I was sitting a while someone could’ve told me at any point to come up and sign in! And he just said “oh I didn’t even see you there.” LIES! He saw me and I saw him. I was being polite and patiently waiting as I saw the 2 front girls helping a customer but no one went out of their way to tell me where to go or even a simple “hello I’ll be right with you.” Horrible experience from the beginning! Came here for a simple eye exam and am NEVER coming back. Will be telling my friends and family what a poor experience I had so that they don’t give you any services! Tell your staff to be a bit more professional and kind!

This place is a scam. We went in to get a pair of glasses that were supposed to be covered by insurance, but they told me I had to pay a deductible. Since it was a Sunday, I couldn’t call my insurance company to check. I was told the glasses would be ready in a week. The next day, after speaking with my insurance, I found out I don’t have a deductible at all. When I called the place back on Monday morning to cancel the glasses, suddenly they were “already ready” for pickup—super convenient—and they said I couldn’t cancel the order. They told me the deductible was for special lenses, which we never asked for. After I explained that my insurance confirmed I don’t have any deductible and that I wouldn’t be picking up the glasses because I planned to buy a pair elsewhere, they said that after speaking with their “regional manager,” I could pick up the glasses and they’d issue a refund. When I went in, though, the manager wasn’t there to process it. I’ll be going back once the manager is actually there so I can get my refund. After reading their negative reviews, it seems like a lot of people have had similar experiences, and many of the positive reviews look edited, which feels a little suspicious. Both doctors who do the eye exams were great, but I personally wouldn’t recommend buying glasses there if you want to avoid hassle. Take your prescription and go somewhere else— I went to Cohen’s and had zero issues

I’ve had a tough time with my eyesight over the years, and appointments usually feel cold but with Nancy it’s different. She remembers me, asks about my family, and never makes me feel like a number. When I had trouble adjusting to new lenses she told me to come back and she’d make it right. I am beyond thrilled with the attitude.
