Sterling Optical

This was my first experience at Sterling Optical in Hartsdale and it was great. From check in, to my exam, to picking out frames, everyone was so professional and helpful. My lenses are the best lenses I’ve ever had… how is it possible that they are clearer than the ones I’ve had from other places?! They even helped me with my insurance, taking the time to go through my options to get the most out of my visit. Simply can’t recommend enough! Honest, great customer service and a huuuuge selection of economical AND name brand frames!!!

I had an excellent experience at Sterling Optical in Hartsdale! My visit with Dr. Christina Lyon and her staff was incredibly educational and reassuring from start to finish. Dr. Lyon took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, my prescription, and all of the different options available to me. I truly appreciated how clearly she broke everything down and made sure I understood my choices. Her staff was just as attentive and patient, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I never once felt rushed, and they took exemplary care of me. I left feeling confident and completely comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend Sterling Optical and Dr. Christina Lyon to anyone looking for knowledgeable, thorough, and compassionate eye care!

My husband and I both found glasses that we liked at this Sterling Optical in Hartsdale. They have a wide range of quality frames, with high quality Korean and Japanese brands. I had an eye exam as well and found the process relatively easy to schedule and complete. While my new glasses are pricey, I'm happy with the quality.

went here for my first pair of glasses and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. the owner was delightful and so helpful in finding me frames that both fit comfortably and looked stylish!! i’ve been dreading getting glasses, but the owner made an annoying chore a fun and fruitful experience !

A Premier Facility Like No Other I have to say, when it comes to cooperating not just for tastes but for troubleshooting any detail, and adjustment, and any particular function for your choice in glasses, that this place has the best team to assist you on those steps. I been to many glasses place and the quality of their glasses and selection is definitely more modern and respectable. You can find a pair of glasses for every personality and they do their best to make things as fair as possible in ordering your glasses, pricing, and if theres any adjustments, they also work meticulously with you on that too. Delivery was speedy and they call when your glasses are ready. Its just a wonderful process from front to finish. And if you need any frame adjustments to help your vision feel smoother, they can do that at any point in time. The staff are friendly and do their best. Can't say I found any better service for my glasses experience than this. Definitely check it out whether your insurance covers or not. Its absolutely worth the visit.
