Tanya and Jordan are friendly, professional, and excellent at picking out frames that look good on individuals. My glasses arrived in two weeks, though it can take longer depending on how busy they are. They rotate brands on sale. Last month I purchased a pretty pair of Vogue glasses for $160. I saved over $300! Just happened on the right brand on sale! Thank You, Lord Jesus!
If you are looking for personalized care, great eyewear styles, and a knowledgeable staff...this is the place to go. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and care about you as a patient. The eye exams are done by a team of remote doctors, and it was probably the most thorough exam I have ever had. My prescription was spot on! I felt heard, I was given options addressing the contact lens issues I was having, and am looking forward to picking up my incredible pair of glasses. The promos are an incredible deal!
I took my daughter here to get her eyes checked yesterday and the service was phenomenal. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and fast. My daughter has really bad anxiety and was relieved how smoothly it went. The technician, Alex, walked my daughter through the eye imaging process super smoothly. After the zoom call exam with the doctor we looked at frames and Alex showed us a whole section that our insurance would take. They didn’t try to rush me through or upsell me. Of course my daughter wanted a pair that Fidelis didn’t take, so Alex had her also pick a pair that was accepted so we would get 40% off the pair she wanted (and also have a back up pair.) Small places like this are way better than chains like Empire Vision whom we saw last month and basically stopped contacting us because my daughter needed to see a specialist. I am so glad I decided to get a 2nd opinion!

The eye exam was thorough, and everything was explained clearly. Compared to other places I’ve been, this felt more personalized. My glasses were ready within a few days, and the fit was perfect. It’s nice finding a place that balances professionalism with friendly service. I’ll be coming back here for future eye care needs.
Had an exam on 1/31. First time going to sterling optical. Best experience. All the women were great, friendly and knowledgeable. I got one on one personal help to find the perfect glasses. Recommended them to all my co- workers.
