Not going to waste my time going over how bad my appointment was as, based on what I'm seeing, the business doesn't actually care that they have terrible reviews with their generic responses listed here. Just know that all of the one-star reviews are entirely accurate. Save yourself the frustration and book an eye exam anywhere but here. Edit to add - The one saving grace was the employee who went over insurance/payment details with me. She was very helpful & the only asset to this business.

The store is equipped with frames any person may want to buy. Staff there is well training and they definitely know what they are doing. There is chairs for those who wait. They accept all kinds of insurance. To make sure they accept yours, give them a call before you arrive. Overall, very nice atmosphere, staff go above and beyond to please you and they definitely want you to be happy. They offer in person appointments with Optometry Doctor as well as virtual which I found very interesting because you will be examined through wall monitor. This service is also innovative and efficient and all care you receive that way is as great as if you dealt with regular, standing next to you Optometrist. I recommend this and other facilities of Vision Works without a reservation of any kind.

I stopped in to have a simple adjustment on my glasses. The associate was short & defensive. She said, ’The glasses were done the first time, but, you weren’t happy!” That wasn’t it. They were just crooked on my face. I was patient, calm & spoke in a low manner. She had no idea I was annoyed. I didn’t want my glasses to get broken.

I had been going there for years, and the place declined as far as people working there. The appointment that I had took over 2 hours, half of the time I was sitting there while either staff were off-task and being unprofessional, or they were trying to figure out this new "AI Doctor", which is bogus by the way! I went into the room to get my eyes checked by the "AI Doctor" and they left with it being muted!!! The test kept continuing, which then I asked how accurate is this testing. The staff, and the AI doctor stated, "it works better than when a human in-person were to do it." The AI doctor then said "your right eye has improved since your last appointment" which does not make any sense!!! As I kept questioning them, they were defensive about it. Later on when I asked for a budget of glasses to get, it took another 15 minutes for AI to get my insurance coverage... All in all, the entire visit was unprofessional, disorganized, and I do not recommend anyone going to this location!

Arrived for my appointment over 10 minutes early. No one was at the front desk and 2 employees were fitting customers. Waited until my appointment time and no one ever came to the front desk and neither employee even acknowledged me or the customer that came after me. Not even a somebody will be with you soon. Terrible service.
