I purchased a new set of eyeglasses in Florida and then moved here to NJ. I had a problem with the fitting and Sterling Optical was able to help me twice!!! At no charge to me!! The second time, Zoe spent a considerable amount of time helping to adjust a frame that appears to have defects as the underlying problem. Renee also got involved and they adjusted and worked with me tirelessly. Their devotion to their craft is evident. Their love for their customers (or future customers) is OUTSTANDING!!! I will be a customer for life at this Sterling Optical. And I most HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I have been going to Dr. Spivack since I was a kid. He is always delightful and thorough. Every time I leave feeling secure with my prescription and eye health.

Dropped frames off Jan 15th and still dont have my glasses. Called 2 wks ago and was told they would be done in a couple days . Called again today and still not done ! Never again 😒. I really liked the doctor.

Edited: My name on my Google account is not my name in your system. You cannot resolve my issues, but thank you for asking. You are the only place left that I can get my prescription at, and your service has been sub-par in recent years, not much you can do when it's a completely different set of staff every time I'm in.

I have been going to Dr. Spivack for 4 years now and I can honestly say that he is one of the best eye Dr's that I have been to. He is thorough in doing eye exams, very professional and kind, and he has a way of making you feel very comfortable. His knowledge, inquiring about,and the understanding your health history combined with your eye exam is one thing that I have never experienced from an eye Dr. The equipment they use for your exam is state of the art and he takes the time to make sure that he gives you important information about your eye health and vision. He is great with youth as well and he is very patient and kind. My teen son sees him as well. Jennifer, the technician is very warm and welcoming. Renee, the optician also was great making sure that the eyewear that you choose is perfectly designed for your face. Everyone was very kind from the front to the back, the atmosphere was very peaceful, and the wait time was minimal. Such a great experience as usual. Thank you all for having a spirit of excellence in the workplace. Blessings😊
