I had horrible service at the Columbia location, and that store closed. All Columbia accounts were transferred to the Annapolis Location. In March 2015, I noticed a crack start to form from the edge of my Rx sunglasses that were purchased from Sterling Optical. I took the sunglasses to the Annapolis Store, they told me the glasses were still under warranty and after looking at the sunglasses they said it was obviously a manufacturing issue (other than the crack there is not a single scratch on the lenses or frames), but since that location didn't deal with the Oakley brand, they had to get approval from Corporate. Two weeks later, I called the store again, and Patty (the manager) said she hadn't heard back from Corporate yet and she would try to contact them again. Two weeks later I called again, same response. Two weeks later, same. I asked Patty if I could have the contact information for whoever she spoke to at Corporate, she said she is "not allowed" to give out that info. I asked for her supervisor's info or any regional/district manager, and she said she cannot give out that information. Now, June 26th 2015, after calling the store at least 6 times, Patty tries to play the "I'm on your side" character and said she is skipping Corporate and talking to Oakley directly. Why this took 3 months and 6 phone calls, I don't know. Oakley said send the glasses and they will evaluate if it's manufacturer defect or customer fault. I ask Patty "since nothing has been done for the past 3 months, are you going to expedite the shipping and make this a priority". She says no, she is only willing to send it regular US Mail standard postage, and it won't be shipped for 3 days (spoke with her Friday she said she has to take it to the post office Monday, even though UPS and USPS both make daily deliveries straight to the store). My sunglasses have been in the store's possession for over 3 months, and NOW they are starting to act. I will not delete this review, but I will modify or add to it later when this ordeal is finally over.

Caveat emptor! This provider is not in the State of MD Vision Network and will tell you that the difference between in-network & out-of-network is negligible ("you can be reimbursed," "it's easy"). After multiple calls, forms, clarifications, and hassles, while it is possible be reimbursed, there are deductibles and other considerations that may prevent you from actually being reimbursed. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere in-network!
