I took my hubby today for an artificial eye consult and was very surprised by the staff. They were so caring and compassionate with my husband. Great team and best of all I got to meet Gina's new pup she was a plus. But on a serious note the are a great team I would highly recommend. Thank you for seeing us.

Jim and Gina go above and beyond to assist their patients. Some prescriptions require more time and some glasses need to be adjusted to the patients needs, one on one according to how you use them. One thing I learned is you will be treated like family and your eyeglasses will not be treated as "one size fits all." Gina takes her time in making sure they are adjusted and fitted correctly. If you have special needs they will go above and beyond to fit you correctly and order what you need without breaking your pocket book. Jim delivering and adjusting eyeglasses at the nursing home and going out to the car of a patient with disabilities to fit and adjust their eyeglasses tells you how important you are.
I've worn glasses since I was was 3yo. I have four children with glasses. I've been in a lot of eye glass shops. I hope I am the odd customer the couldn't get right. First, the selection that our insurance would cover was slim and cheap. Second, they didn't have our glasses done on time. And when I said something about it, she said we didn't drop off the script when I said I did. But I remember calculating the holiday weekend into the number of business days. Then, one of the lenses had a defect, but it took three trips in for them to acknowledge it - two weeks of my child not being able to see. She said she'd call when the replacement was ready. She never called but I was so done with them, we didn't go back.
Gina was so courteous and friendly. The glasses selection was great, I wasn't expecting that. They have cat eye frames and multicolor frames all right up my alley.
My now teenage kids have been coming here for years, they’re so comfortable with the owner, shes such a sweet, loving woman. 💕 we love their up to date eye wear! We always come out of their doors smiling 🙂
