Very pleased with the office staff, Nicole; assistant to Dr. Pham and Dr. Pham. The visit was professional with all involved. All my questions for answered so that I could understand each step for my eye care. Thank you all for making my eye exam pleasant. It's rewarding to work with knowledgeable staff in their profession.
I’ve been going to Stone Hill Optical for over 15 years, and my experience has consistently been excellent. The doctors are all knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their patients. They take the time to explain everything clearly and make sure you’re comfortable throughout the visit. The staff is also friendly and efficient, making scheduling and check-in easy. I always have a great experience at Stonehill Optical. Dr. Garcia has been my eye doctor for more than 15 years including some of my family members. He’s amazing and always very thorough! Everyone is always very helpful and friendly when I visit. Haley helped me with my contacts and picking my glasses out today and it was one of the smoothest and quickest experiences I’ve had.
It’s always very quick and easy to go to my eye appointment here. Everybody is so friendly and helpful and I hardly have to wait. Having it be a one stop shop to pick up. My glasses is wonderful as well. We love this Doctor’s office for the whole family! They do a great job with our younger kiddos as well.
I had two previous eye exams and my contact never fit and could not see well after, but today I got a very precise exam. My contact fitted just right y see very sharp and clear.The attention was very nice and coutagious. I definitenvely have a new optical place. ❤️
