Dr. Egan is excellent! She’s knowledgeable, thorough, and always takes the time to answer my questions. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk receptionist has been consistently unfriendly. I initially assumed she was having a bad day, but after a second visit, I had the same experience.
Love this place and Dr. Eagen. She’s very sweet and answers all your questions and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Also, the ease of scheduling online here is EVERYTHING! I wish every doctors office made it this easy! The scheduling online, the texting feature, the fact that they send the script updates AND hunt for a discount for you- it’s crazy easy and so convenient. LOVE this place! Thank you for seeing me today and being so patient with having my daughter there asking her 1,500 questions! Lol
Dr. Egan is great! My husband and I go to her and we always have good experiences and get the care that we need. There was an issue with my prescription I needed and her and her team were on top of it and I was able to get my prescription.
Dr. Egan provides collaborative care. She is patient and knowledgeable. Above and beyond Customer Service for my unique eyewear needs (I have a big head).
By far one of the best care-giving experiences we’ve had in Frisco. Dr. Egan is empathetic, knowledgeable, and focused on providing exactly the care you need. I wish she could be our doctor in all other areas of medicine.
