hard to get ahold of on the phone, little to no control over my appointments online even through the "patient portal", and now I am having to fight mischarges from them, bordering on fraud.

I was on the waiting list to see a therapist. I was contacted at least a month ago that they had availability so I set up Wednesdays at 11. I was sick with the stomach bug the day of the appointment which I had called to let them know. Come to find out I was not in the schedule for Wednesdays at 11 and they filled my spot because they thought I wasn’t interested. Now they are telling me they are full and I have to find a new therapist at a new location. This is ridiculous I work full time and it wasn’t easy to get the time off of work. I waited on the waiting list just like anyone else. So of course I am pissed they filled my spot it’s not like I can come into therapy with a stomach bug.
Friendly and down to Earth people, who genuinely lead with their hearts and wisdom. I'd send all my family here if they needed it.
Imagine this. You’re asked a question, you give a detailed response as a mature adult should and then… You get cut off, told that you’ve been talking the whole time and that the “dr.” Has the RIGHT to cut you off when answering a question. Talk about emotional. Yeah, this isn’t elementary school. Do yourself a favor, avoid “Dr” Sharon and Go elsewhere 😂
