With over 200,000 total views of my reviews, 70,000 for Target alone,Studio Optics is as good as it gets as far as eyeglasses go. I just picked up the 3rd pair of glasses that I had gotten from this place. Excellent service,and very professional as well.

Terrible experience at Studio Optics in Framingham. I came in cuz I needed to replace my old one glasses, which weren't longer usable, and expected at least basic customer service. Instead, I witnessed a blonde woman employee with very poor English with russian accent making rude and inappropriate comments about the previous customer right in front of me. I'm not sure, seems her name was Lana or something like that. When it was my turn, she spoke to me in an extremely disrespectful and condescending manner, as if I had walked into her home demanding something, rather than coming in as a paying customer. She even mocked my old glasses and made comments implying they were “cheap.” Completely unacceptable behavior from someone working in customer service. The entire interaction ruined my mood, and I decided not to buy anything there cuz of how I was treated. I do not recommend this place. Management should seriously pay attention to who they hire and how their employees communicate with customers.
Excellent service. Kind and professional. They have a great variety of frames. My family has been using Studio Optics for over 10 years.
Dr. Willinger and her team are so considerate and supportive. I saw multiple ODs, and she was one of the best. She takes her time and brings back the brightness and colorful worlds into the eyes. I would definitely recommend her.
