Dr. Kansal takes insurance and treats people that other opthamologists won't. The number of patients that go through his office is amazing and should be an indication of the quality of his service. Yes, the wait is sometimes long, but it is worth it considering that Dr. Kansal puts care above profit margin.
The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped with some forms that the Kansas Medical And Vision Clearance Unit required to be filled out completely and faxed to the Kansas Medical And Vision Clearance Unit. They filled out the forms and faxed them for me! They also accepted my health insurance. The staff here are very diligent and amazing.
I found out that I had a cataract in my right eye. It got worse to a point i couldnt even see out of my right eye. Dr.Kansal got me in for cataract surgery 3 days later on a monday. I woke up Teusday morning and i could see so well i had 20/20 vision Also i ambvery afraid of needles and change but Dr.Kansal walked me through every step of the process. He was amazing he is definetly worth the office wait as he is top notch at his craft.
My step mom had a 2:00 appointment, they called everyone else except for us,we were the last to get called. We were the only 2 African Americans there,I think it was very racist of this place. I will never bring her back here again. No need to respond back,you can't fix racism
