Sun Hill Optical – Sun City Center

I visited this optical shop a few months ago and had a mixed experience with one of the sales associates. The older woman with long hair was rude, dismissive, and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. What stood out to me was that everyone else in the office has been pleasant, professional, and helpful. The rest of the staff provided great customer service and treated customers with kindness and respect. I hope management addresses this issue because the negative interaction with one employee did not reflect the otherwise positive atmosphere created by the rest of the team.

Went to this doctor as I needed a new prescription for contacts and glasses. The price stated on the phone beforehand ended up being the final price, which has not been the case for me at other vision centers. The doctor was attentive, explained my prescription and what changed. He was friendly and made a few jokes to make it feel personable. The secretary was friendly and helpful as well. The frames and lens were reasonably priced, far more competitive than your local vision center in a mall. Recommend supporting this small family office.

Priscilla was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! She assisted me with putting my prescription into my Ray-Ban Meta glasses and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I have only been going to SunHill Optical for two years. I honestly do not know the staff./personnel by names but I do know that they hold themselves to high standards of professionalism. They are always courteous, kind, helpful. I love that it is not a crowded long waiting office visit. Overall, I am very satisfied with SunHill Optical in the Sun City Center.
