She makes you feel welcome from the moment you walk in and is always willing to help. That kind of customer service really stands out. The doctor was equally impressive. What really set him apart was the attention he gave to getting my contact lens vision exactly right. He took the time to determine my dominant eye—basically the eye I naturally rely on when aiming at something, whether shooting a basketball or looking down a sight—and actually took that into consideration when adjusting my contacts. I’ve been to the big-box optical stores in the past, and no one had ever brought this up or taken the time to evaluate it that way. It may sound like a small detail, but it made a HUGE difference in how well I can see with my contacts. My vision is noticeably better and more natural than it was before. That level of attention to detail is exactly why I’ll continue coming here.
