Sunset Eyes Optical

I originally got my glasses at Sunset Eyes Optical in Miami two years ago and had an excellent experience. Last year, I decided to try another optical store based on a recommendation, but the lenses they made for me became damaged. When I went back for help, I was told I’d have to buy a new set of lenses, which would have been expensive. I decided to return to Sunset Eyes Optical, and I’m so glad I did. Mr. Mark Hunter - Optician - was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. He took the time to fix my glasses and didn’t charge me anything. That level of customer service and integrity is rare to find. I truly appreciate the outstanding care I received and will definitely be returning for my next pair of glasses.

The staff is extremely helpful. Everyone has a lot of patience to make sure that you are happy with your glasses. They give you knowledge opinions and suggestions. In addition, there are a lot of beautiful frames options to all type of persons.

I highly recommend this business. I went with my son. His grandfather had passed away and left him a vintage pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses that needed to be adjusted. And they adjusted it for him for free and they even took their time to measure it and just make sure that the sunglasses wouldn’t be slipping off, both there was a lady and a man where there, and they were really really nice and professional. You could tell that they knew about glasses and how to adjust them. I highly recommend. My son was so happy as those sunglasses had a special meaning to him.

I've been going here for years and my last two experiences were terrible and it took weeks and weeks to resolve issues with them. I'm never going back, save your money and just order from Zenni.

I stopped in to visit after seeing very good reviews on Yelp. Stephany, Bernarda, and Ulises all were great. They were all very polite and professional while guiding me through the eyeglass selection process. I have to say I felt like they treated me as if I was going there for 20 years. I felt very comfortable and relaxed throughout my time there. The Dr. was very sweet and you can tell that she enjoyed what she was doing and was willing to take her time with me while I asked her specific questions. I highly recommend Sunset Eyes Optical if you are looking for high quality frames, lenses, and service.
