Sunshine Optometry

I love Sunshine! Came in to purchase new glasses and Laura helped me. She was amazing from start to finish, incredibly knowledgeable, quick and easy process! She really knows her styling as well, we looked through so many frames and she helped me pick out the perfect pair that really fit my face! I am so in love with my new Fendi's and the transition on them turned out so perfect for this frame! Will defintely be returning every year and referring all of my family and friends! Thank you so much Laura and thank you Sunshine!

Sunshine optometry is amazing not only from the time you walk through the front door to the time you leave the front desk. The front desk is always Reliable and have so much information. My doctor always gives me options. Very very informative and always shows compassion if I have too many questions. I highly recommend sunshine optometry

The optometrist here is very nice. That’s it. That’s what the 2 stars is for. The front staff are distracted. The eyeglass selection for Medi-Cal is the most limited of any optometry office I’ve been to, and worst of all, they will auto schedule you for an annual appointment, won’t ask you though, so a year after your appointment, you’ll get a text threatening to charge you for a cancellation for an appointment you never made. Charging patients for cancellations is awful enough, but threatening patients with financial consequences for an appointment they haven’t even scheduled or heard about should be a crime!!!! Then, when you call & question them about it & to cancel THEIR appointment so you don’t get some ridiculous, fraudulent fees, they act like YOU’RE the one with the problem & want to condescendingly “explain”. NO! This is atrocious behavior from a health care provider. Stop threatening financial consequences to patients that do NOT like your office & do NOT want to return!

Sunshine is a little far from me but its definitely worth the drive. My optometrist is always very thorough and the girls are all professional and have a very nice demeanor.

Great doctor. Doctor Thompson care for his patients, loved the experience. They teach me how to put my lenses. Loved the service!
