Call to get replacement lenses, paying out of pocket, I didn’t get insurance. (That’s on me) so they looked up all my information. I’m told sure just come in and have your frames traced. Get there, no now you need a new exam before we will order new lenses. I’m done, I suggest you look elsewhere. 5 month old glasses and can’t order a new set of lenses. All she wants is your money.
