Dr. Ruemenapp was incredibly patient with my toddler’s first eye appointment. She was informative and reassuring with myself and my children. Never had issues with scheduling or billing. The office is always clean & staff is always friendly. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Now Tawas Bay Eye Care Under Dr. Crystal Ruemenapp, OD. They are very easy to work with. Fairly priced. Friendly Staff. Dr. Crystal is caring and knowledgeable while taking both an old and new school approach to her practice which is a great adaptation in/for eye care. She has always provided me with honest opinions and knowledgeable Recommendations and Information.

Doctor Smith and his staff are such understanding and genuinely nice people. They will take care of whatever you need and take time into the details. I was visiting Hale Michigan and was having issues with my contacts. My regular eye doctor referred me to Doctor Smith and I couldn't be more pleased. He brought me into the office quickly and very thoroughly checked my eye for my "lost" contact. It never ended up being in my eye but he made sure to triple check. On top of that he made sure my cornea was okay. This office shows there are still good people around!

I cut my eye on Sunday night and took Monday off to see a doctor. Nowhere had a doctor in on Monday except here. I'm so grateful they got me right in! And for an out-of-pocket emergency visit, it was VERY reasonable. I can't say enough. They don't accept my insurance but I'll gladly come back for my routine eyes exam just because they were so accomodating.

Dr. Crystal is fantastic. Shes super passionate about what she does. Never rushed, and always willing to explain.
